30. (Revoked).

30. The Commission shall assume the cost of leasing a tinnitus masker during the first month of use where the worker sends the Commission a specific evaluation by an audiologist.
At the end of that period, the Commission shall assume the cost of purchasing that device, less the initial leasing cost, where the worker sends the Commission a purchase recommendation from an audiologist and from the health professional in charge of the worker.
